Big Man on Campus.

I have struggled, like most college students do, for a few years now to finish my degree and take the next step to a university.  With respect, it is all a learning experience, all the same it is a frustrating one. 

My next step is to transfer to a university. One that is profecient in my area of study (Psychology), accredited, not snobby, and far enough away from my parents–yet still close enough that my mom doesn’t completely break down when I move out.

I visited a university campus today with my dad (and I’m pretty positive it meets every one of my requirements ;P ). Although I haven’t finished the application process and don’t know if I will even be accepted to this nice school, the plan was to see what it had to offer, since it is where I would most like to attend.  There is another university in the area that I am more likely to get a straight passage into because that particular university has a contract with my college which will allow me to automatically be accepted after completeing my associates degree, but I would much rather go to this school…which is a better…distance away.

SO. Please send me your positive engery over the next few weeks and months as I will need it. I still have to finish out my current schedule for this last semester and do it with the best possible grade. As well as finish my application, turn in transcripts and complete some online paperwork for finiancial aid.

I will be busy, but hopefully I will be happy with the outcome, and eventually also walking on this new campus.
